Their work is defined by creativity, discretion and flawless execution, delivering integrated campaigns that engage high-net-worth audiences, tastemakers and international media.

The Role

They're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a portfolio of flagship luxury, lux travel and hospitality clients while inspiring a talented team and playing a key role in the agency's continued growth. You'll be the strategic lead across major international accounts, building trusted relationships with senior clients, developing award-worthy communications strategies and overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns spanning media relations, influencer partnerships, luxury events, talent engagement and brand collaborations.

This is a highly visible leadership role with regular involvement in global launches, prestigious industry events and international travel. You'll work closely with luxury brands, hotel groups, tourism destinations and premium lifestyle businesses, ensuring every campaign reflects the highest standards of creativity and execution. You'll also mentor and develop a high-performing team, contribute to new business, and help shape the future direction of the agency.

About You

  • Extensive PR agency experience, ideally at Senior Account Director level or an experienced Account Director ready to step up.
  • A strong background working with luxury lifestyle, hospitality, travel brands
  • Exceptional client leadership skills with experience advising senior stakeholders and global brands.
  • Proven success delivering integrated communications campaigns, major launches and high-profile events.
  • Strong media relationships across luxury, travel, lifestyle and national press.
  • Commercially minded with experience supporting new business and agency growth.
  • An inspiring people manager who enjoys coaching and developing teams.
