An exceptional opportunity to sit at the heart of Public relations for ultra-luxury hospitality brands.

The agency is based in Mayfair and operates where luxury, film, hospitality and talent intersect, advising and building brands for some of the most influential names in the world.

The Role

The London team is looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5+ years’ experience to help lead and deliver work for a global client roster. You’ll manage senior client relationships, shape strategy, and execute complex campaigns spanning press, events and cultural partnerships. You’ll be hands-on with events and launches, and you'll be trusted to run projects end-to-end from briefing through to flawless execution. Cultural awareness is key; you’ll be confident operating across London, Europe and the US, with a sharp understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering work that genuinely moves the needle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
