Pursue PR is looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic PR & Social Media Account Executive to join our growing boutique agency.

Working closely with the whole team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of interior and lifestyle brands. This is a varied role, combining media relations, social media, influencer marketing and content creation, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, passionate about interiors and eager to develop their career within a fast-paced agency.

At Pursue PR, we work with brands that each have their own unique story to tell. Our integrated approach spans PR, social media, influencer marketing, events and content creation, helping clients build meaningful brand awareness across both earned and owned channels.

This is a hybrid role, with the successful candidate working from our London office at least once a week. Ideally, you'll have at least 1 year experience in PR, social media or influencer marketing, along with a keen interest in interiors, design and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of PR and social media clients
  • Monitoring daily media coverage and industry news across print, online and social platforms
  • Researching journalists, influencers and content creators, and building media lists
  • Drafting press releases, media pitches, blog content, captions and other client copy
  • Pitching stories, products and expert commentary to media and influencers
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with journalists, influencers and industry contacts
  • Assisting with media requests
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of PR campaigns, launches and events
  • Creating, scheduling and managing social media content across client channels
  • Assisting with content creation, including photography, video capture and short-form content where required
  • Monitoring social media performance and contributing ideas to improve engagement
  • Compiling weekly and monthly client reports across PR and social media
  • Maintaining media databases, image libraries and client assets
  • Supporting the wider team across agency projects and new business opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
