Senior Account Manager/Account Manager - PR with Social Media experience A mix of office-based (Ringwood, Hampshire – 3 days p/w) and WFH (2 days p/w) Full-time, Permanent
We are a multi-award winning, PR, marketing and social media full-service agency, based in Hampshire. Located in Ringwood, on the Hampshire/Dorset border, we are relentless in the pursuit of results for our clients - devising and implementing both strategic and creative PR, social media and marketing campaigns that drive enquiries, sales and build brands and reputation on a regional, national and international scale. We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate, confident and creative Account Manager, with a specialism in PR to join the team.
Role overview The successful candidate will be a real all-rounder who can think big and still deliver on the detail. You’ll be a self-starter and able to run your own accounts with bags of drive, energy and commitment. There'll also be the opportunity for international travel supporting clients with a range of activities.

Your day-to-day role will cover PR and social media activities . You’ll be confident at presenting to clients and experienced in managing several clients at a time. We need someone with an eye for detail who can see campaigns through from start to finish. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and will be able to shape the role as you progress.
Key duties: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and relevant media Copywriting – press releases, articles, literature, blogs, social media content, general messaging Planning and implementing comprehensive PR programmes and campaigns Managing the day-to-day handling of social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Developing creative and engaging multimedia content Benchmarking/KPIs/ROI Able to represent the agency at client meetings - taking briefs, developing them and then confidently presenting back Working closely with the wider team to help deliver fully integrated campaigns that are creatively excellent Understanding clients’ marketplaces and applying that thinking to cutting edge, results-driven campaigns Identifying new business opportunities – both organic and new

Key requirements & skills · Solid understanding of PR and social media disciplines · At least three years’ experience in PR (including social media management) · Excellent copywriting and editing skills · Understanding and experience of using and delivering social media campaigns · Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas · Excellent team working and collaboration skills · Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple accounts
