R-Dental is an independent consultant-led private dental practice providing both general and specialist dental services to a diverse patient base. The practice welcomes referrals from local general dental practitioners as well as direct self-referrals from patients seeking high-quality care. Role Description
The Practice Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Burnt Oak, responsible for driving growth and enhancing the performance of the dental practice. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing and implementing business and practice development plans
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and patient referrals
- Managing relationships with referring dentists and other partners
- Managing clinical teams and rotas
- Managing suppliers
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Supporting marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
The Practice Development Manager will also lead sales-related activities, such as promoting services, presenting proposals, and following up on new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive, organised individual who can translate strategic goals into practical actions.
Qualifications
- Strong Practice Development and Business Planning skills to design and execute growth strategies.
- Account Management and Sales skills to build, maintain, and expand relationships with referrers and patients.
- Relevant clinical understanding, to collaborate effectively with clinical teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and patient-focused approach.
- Proven experience in healthcare, dental, or practice management settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Burnt Oak, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Practice Management is an advantage.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, healthcare management, or a related field is an advantage.

Salary and Perks
- £35,000-40,000 per annum depending on experience
- 28 days including bank holidays annual leave
- Standard Pension Contributions
