Key Responsibilities Include

  • Complex diary and schedule management for Partners and senior leadership
  • Coordinating international travel, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Organising meetings, conferences, and global visits
  • Project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Managing events, client lunches, dinners, and business functions
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally across the business

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Partners, Directors, or C-Suite executives
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment (legal experience desirable)
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively
