We are rebuilding the veterinary experience from the ground up, making access to care seamless, joyful, and genuinely personal for every pet and their owner.

With beautifully designed clinics and purpose-built technology, we are transforming how veterinary care is accessed and delivered. Our clinics combine modern design with first-class clinical care, creating spaces that vet teams, clients, and pets genuinely want to be in.

Our purpose is simple: healthier and happier pets and vets. We believe in a model that benefits everyone, our clinical teams, our members, and our local communities.

We are building the vet group of the future. If you share our passion for doing things differently, we would love to hear from you.

As the Practice Host, you're the first face our members see, the calm in a stressful moment, the person who remembers their pet's name and makes them feel genuinely looked after. You'll manage the flow of the clinic, handle everything from bookings and payments to sensitive bereavement conversations, and be the kind of person your team relies on to keep things running brilliantly, even when it's busy.

You'll champion our membership model, build meaningful relationships within the local community, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the clinic. As a Practice Host, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of our members, helping to ensure the clinic looks, feels, and operates to the exceptional standards that define Creature Comforts every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
