About Creature Comforts

At Creature Comforts, we are transforming the veterinary experience. With thoughtfully designed clinics and purpose-built in-house technology, we are making access to care seamless, enjoyable, and part of everyday life. Our mission is to create a calm and welcoming space for pets, their owners, and our teams.

We are looking for a Practice Host to support across our Barnet and Muswell Hill clinics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and wants to play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client and their pet. You'll split your time between both clinics, supporting each team and ensuring our high standards are consistently delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome Every Guest

  • Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive
  • Ensure every client receives a consistently exceptional experience across both clinics

Client Communication

  • Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and confidently
  • Schedule appointments, manage clinic diaries, and send reminders
  • Provide clear information about our services and treatments

Support Pet Owners

  • Assist clients with bookings and maintain accurate client records
  • Explain treatment plans and aftercare instructions with empathy and care
  • Be a reassuring and approachable presence throughout each visit

  • Maintain clean, welcoming reception and client-facing areas
  • Process payments and billing accurately
  • Keep confidential records up to date
  • Ensure both clinics are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation

Work as Part of the Wider Team

  • Support our veterinary surgeons, nurses, and clinic managers with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with local community events and initiatives
  • Step in wherever needed to help both Barnet and Muswell Hill clinics run seamlessly
