Role Overview
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping consistent, scalable engineering practices across delivery teams. Working across multiple pods, you’ll embed governance frameworks, uplift delivery maturity, and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Standards Leadership — Lead initiatives focused on engineering quality, governance, and delivery excellence.
- Best‑Practice Frameworks — Define and implement engineering and delivery governance models.
- Cross‑Pod Alignment — Ensure consistency in delivery approach across multiple engineering pods.
- Stakeholder Partnership — Collaborate with engineering and business leaders to improve delivery outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement — Drive enhancements in delivery processes and operating models.

Key Requirements
- Delivery Leadership Experience — Proven background as a Practice Lead, Delivery Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Engineering Lead.
- Software Delivery Lifecycle Expertise — Strong understanding of engineering environments and delivery workflows.
- Process Improvement — Demonstrated experience driving standardisation and operational uplift.
- Stakeholder Management — Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Enterprise Delivery — Ability to operate effectively within large, complex organisations.
