Experienced Dental Practice Manager
We seek an Experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.
Our well-established private dental practice offers:

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring an excellent patient experience
- Maintaining practice reputation
- Managing finances and cost control
- Recruiting and training staff
- Supporting clinical and reception teams

Ideal Candidate Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of dental management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Knowledge of CQC standards

Advantageous but not mandatory:
- Dental nurse qualification
- Previous experience in same operator-settings (SOE)
