Job Description: Practice Manager at The Horder Centre
At Horder Healthcare, our mission is to provide outstanding patient care and transform lives through excellence in treatment, compassion, and expertise. We are proud to be rated Outstanding by the CQC, and we are now looking for a committed and professional Practice Manager to join our Medical Secretary team at The Horder Centre.
Committed to providing a 5* service to our consultant(s) and valued patients, this is a pivotal and busy role dedicated to covering a varied and vast range of secretarial responsibilities, to ensure everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors experiences the high-quality service we pride ourselves on. Knowledgeable with systems such as PIMS and DGL, we are keen to hear from anyone looking to broaden their Practice Manager experience and skills, or from an experienced medical secretary looking for an opportunity to train and develop into a Practice Manager role.

37.5 p/w
Salary Range:
£28,626.00 - £33,345.00 p/a depending on experience and qualification.

About you:
- Prior experience as a Practice Manager, with a recognised Medical Secretary Diploma, or willingness to work towards the qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues.
- Audio/typing to a minimum of RSA II
- IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software including PIMS, DGL, and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
- A working ethic aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity, and Pride.
- Prior experience within a private practice is desirable.
Right to work in the UK
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. We have assessed this role and it does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. As such, we will not be accepting any visa sponsorships for this role, and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK independently, without sponsorship from Horder Healthcare.
