Dental Beauty Partners are seeking an experienced ****Practice Manager_ to lead their award-winning mixed dental practice in Hertfordshire—)Dental Beauty Wellyn Garden City. Under the guidance of experienced Partner Dr. Sripal Kumar, this role offers an opportunity to direct a motivated team while contributing to operational excellence within a thriving private/NHS dental setting.
The practice specialises in general, cosmetic, and aesthetic dentistry, providing a varied role with significant scope for professional development. You will receive immediate support from head office stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration into the business.
Key Responsibilities
Our Practice Manager will:
- Ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the practice, with a strict emphasis on patient safety.
- Lead the delivery of exceedingly high-service standards, optimising cost management while meeting performance targets aligned with company strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership to enhance team skills, knowledge, and cohesion while achieving private/NHS practice targets.
- Plan and monitor KPIs, P&L performance, aiming for profitability while driving practice revenue.
- Resolve issues promptly, supported by head office oversight, while fostering operational compliance.
- Upskill the team through training programmes, conduct 1:1s, and manage performance effectively.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- A proven track record as a Dental Practice Manager (ideal: 1-2 years prior experience within private/mixed practice).
- Non-essential but highly valued: Alternate sectors include healthcare, retail, or hospitality management, with adaptability to dental operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy—ability to analyse P&L accounts, identify areas for growth, and implement improvements.
- Proven leadership of a multi-disciplinary team, with a focus on patient-centric collaboration.
- Preferred (but not mandatory): Familiarity with dental software systems.
- Robust knowledge of CQC compliance standards and patient care/customer service delivery expectations.
