Practice Manager - Glenshane Vets

Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
Closing date: 30th July 2026* subject to change

At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

Glenshane Veterinary Group, part of inspiring vet care, is seeking a Practice Manager for our busy veterinary practices in Maghera, Fairhill, and Dungiven. As part of a larger veterinary group, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive manager who enjoys working within a large clinical team and supporting both people and processes to deliver outstanding patient and client care.

Working closely with the Clinical Director and management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, leading the non-clinical team, and helping to create a positive and efficient workplace for colleagues and clients alike.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As Practice Manager, you will lead the non-clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience.

You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
