Practice Manager – Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic (London)

We’re seeking a motivated and people-centric Practice Manager to join our outstanding team at Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic in London.
- Full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days)
- Competitive hourly rate from £25/h
- Supportive leadership working alongside operational managers and business partners
⚠️ Critical detail: This role will require you to act as the Registered Manager for the practice.
About You
We’re looking for applicants who demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Healthcare management, specifically within a dental practice, ideally with a team of specialists—or strong leadership experience in a comparable environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to patients and staff
- Ability to lead, coach, and support colleagues to maximise performance
- Confidence in managing finances, including P&L accounts, KPIs, and budgets
- Drive for operational excellence:
- Maintaining fully functional equipment and high-quality facilities
- Ensuring GDP compliance and process-driven team dynamics
