Bupa Dental Care Royton

Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm

Are you an experienced people leader looking for your next challenge? Join Area Manager Matt Taylor and the team at Bupa Dental Care Royton as our new Practice Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established practice, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding patient experiences, and supporting a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

As Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring exceptional service for patients while creating a positive and engaging environment for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the practice team
  • Managing practice performance and key business objectives
  • Creating an excellent patient journey from start to finish
  • Supporting compliance and operational standards
  • Driving colleague engagement and fostering a positive team culture
  • Managing rotas, staffing, and practice administration
  • Working closely with Area Manager Matt Taylor to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For

We Welcome Applications From Candidates With

  • Previous dental practice management experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A proven ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing performance, customer service, and business operations

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Practice Manager Responsibilities And Skills

  • Delivering industry-leading patient care in your practice
  • Review, monitor, and plan to ensure the delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take-up, and treatment plans)
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues
  • Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business priorities
  • Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
  • Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager - find out more information here
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
  • Utilising Bupa products and services to maximise revenue
  • Confidence in using computer software and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teams
  • Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other business settings
