Located in the heart of Manuka, we're an independently owned optometry practice combining exceptional clinical care with carefully curated eyewear and genuine patient relationships.
The Opportunity
Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or an Optical Dispenser ready to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the patient experience while supporting the day-to-day success of the practice.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue working with patients while helping create an environment where both our team and our patients feel supported.

What Your Day Might Look Like
- Lead the daily operations of the practice while supporting the team.
- Provide premium optical dispensing and personalised frame styling.
- Coordinate workflow to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Manage stock presentation, merchandising, and frame selection.
- Support business improvements and contribute ideas for practice growth.
- Work closely with our Optometrists to deliver outstanding patient care.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous optical dispensing experience.
- Has leadership experience or is ready to step into their first leadership role.
- Is organised, proactive, and enjoys solving problems.
- Communicates confidently and builds genuine relationships.
- Leads by example and enjoys supporting others.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
