About the Role
A great opportunity has arisen at Glebedale Medical Practice for a Practice Nurse to join our growing team.
The Practice Nurse will work in a dynamic, patient-centred environment where excellence in care matters most.

- Populations Served:Over 11,000 registered patients
- Sites: Two locations – a purpose-built practice in Fenton and a branch site in Longton
- Primary System: Emis-Web (paper-light practice)

Responsibilities
We seek a highly motivated, experienced Primary Care Practice Nurse to:
- Support the delivery of high-quality healthcare to our patient population
- Work as part of a dynamic team to enhance patient outcomes and clinical services
Job Details
- Hours: Full-time, permanent role
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
