Job Purpose
You will fulfil a dual role as the Store Director’s trusted deputy and alter ego. Your leadership will be critical in instances requiring full operational oversight. As Deputy Store Director, you will:
- Act as the principle Business Ambassador, championing the Prada philosophy and core values across the local market, team, and clientele.
- Drive financial performance, ensuring the store exceeds targets by assisting in strategy development, KPI analysis, and action-plan execution.
- Cultivate a world-class client experience by exemplifying the Prada Selling Ceremony ethos yourself and setting the standard for the team.
- Inspire and maximise staff performance, nurturing personal and professional growth to align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee operational excellence, enforcing policies, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, and fostering consistency in store operations.
Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Collaborate with the Store Director to define and implement commercial strategies that drive sales growth and financial excellence.
- Provide data-driven commercial recommendations to optimise performance across functions.
- Support KPI-driven target-setting, equipping teams with cross-selling/up-selling strategies to elevate revenue.
- Continuously monitor market trends and relay insights to the business for strategic alignment.
Brand Advocacy & Client Excellence
- Represent Prada as a Facade Ambassador, embodying the brand’s ethos in market engagement and sales interactions.
- Ensure an omni-channel approach—fostering team competence in digital tools to strengthen client relationships and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on product expertise, ensuring a high-touch client experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead a client-centric culture, developing personalized after-sales engagements to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Operational Governance & Team Dynamics
- Expertly utilise company tools and platforms, including IT solutions, to streamline operations and train new hires.
- Align the team with Store Director priorities, ensuring responsibility delegation and process adherence.
- Maintain front- and back-of-house coordination, promoting synergy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion inventory control, compliance reporting, and fiscal stock inventory protocols.
Talent & Development
- Partner with the Store Director in recruitment (profile mapping, interviews) and internal talent identification, championing talent pipelines.
- Support the creation of personal development plans to cultivate high-performing, future-ready teams.
Visual Merchandising & Market Engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Director to ensure eye-catching displays that elevate sales and brand relevance.
- Facilitate feedback to Visual Merchandising & Retail Merchandise teams, proposing visually aligned enhancements.
- Proactively explore local partnerships, events, and activations within the company’s ** comunidad guidelines**.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Verify full adherence to cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting protocols, aligned with Head Office directives. Maintain ** cadena de suministro asset care**, ensuring AOC procedures and unity between teams. Drive holistic team alignment with Prada’s codes of conduct and professional polish requirements.

Ideal Candidate Requires: ✔ Storud experience in luxury retail, particularly in full-service boutiques. ✔ Deep knowledge of luxury goods marketing, product differentiation, and the Prada ethos. ✔ Proven expertise in supervising multi-channel retail operations, including OMNI-channel e-commerce integration. ✔ Hands-on HR development practice—training، coaching and hiring talent at senior store levels. ✔ Outstanding management capabilities: leadership., crisis decision-making, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. ✔ Mastery of client-centric CRM frameworks and a comprehensive grasp of the luxury clientele’s buying behaviors. ✔ Turn(/share to) insights regarding Competitor benchmarks, sharing findings to support Head Office strategy. ✔ Strong awareness of local labor laws, industry regulations, and the ability to guide teams in best practice under strict compliance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Mastery of advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in PRADA’s proprietary digital platforms and reporting systems.
- Ability to quickly upskill on new product lines and seasonal campaigns.
- Luxury service evangelism—sharing inspiration through storytelling (as demonstrated in Prada Journal, events, and visual expressions).
