PRADA In-Store High-End Manager, Harrods

High-End In-Store Manager – Prada Group

As a world leader in the luxury sector, the Group operates in over 45 countries, representing iconic brands like PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe, and Luna Rossa, with a diverse workforce of over 100 nationalities.

About the Role

As a High-End In-Store Manager, you will drive the growth and performance of premium categories within a boutique. As the in-store leader for High-End business development, your mission is to lead the introduction, elevation, and sale of extraordinary products, including:

  • Fine Jewellery
  • High Jewellery
  • Made-to-Measure & Made-to-Order
  • Exotics
  • Other high-value categories

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage and close strategic transactions, build a pipeline of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and VIP (Very Important Customer, or “VIC”) relationships, and position the boutique as a destination for High-End excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth

  • Own and drive the High-End strategy for the boutique, ensuring strong visibility, desirability, and commercial performance across all high-value categories.
  • Monitor, analyse, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decisions and optimise revenue.
  • Identify and recruit High-Potential and UHNW clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Adjust and execute targeted prospecting strategies through networks, referrals, and curated events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
