High-End In-Store Manager – Prada Group

About the Role
As a High-End In-Store Manager, you will drive the growth and performance of premium categories within a boutique. As the in-store leader for High-End business development, your mission is to lead the introduction, elevation, and sale of extraordinary products, including:
- Fine Jewellery
- High Jewellery
- Made-to-Measure & Made-to-Order
- Exotics
- Other high-value categories
You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage and close strategic transactions, build a pipeline of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and VIP (Very Important Customer, or “VIC”) relationships, and position the boutique as a destination for High-End excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth
- Own and drive the High-End strategy for the boutique, ensuring strong visibility, desirability, and commercial performance across all high-value categories.
- Monitor, analyse, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decisions and optimise revenue.
- Identify and recruit High-Potential and UHNW clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Adjust and execute targeted prospecting strategies through networks, referrals, and curated events.

Product & Client Experience
- Introduce and elevate High-End collections, ensuring Client Advisors are knowledgeable and proactive.
- Design bespoke client journeys aligned with brand standards and High-End expectations.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Special Orders, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Made-to-Measure, Exotics, Fine & High Jewellery.
- Collaborate with MTM (Made-to-Measure) Manager and Jewellery Manager to ensure technical accuracy and flawless service.
- Elevate Special Orders into strategic High-End opportunities through cross-selling and personalised storytelling.
Team Leadership & Events
- Foster a High-End mindset within the team, enhancing confidence in presenting and negotiating high-value pieces.
- Support boutique-level High-End events and private appointments, ensuring maximised conversion through structured follow-ups.
- Share best practices to drive continuous improvement in performance standards.

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience in luxury retail, with exposure to:
- High-End products
- Fine Jewellery
- Made-to-Measure / bespoke categories
- Success in managing and closing high-value transactions.
- Strong commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial, strategic approach.
Client & Leadership Skills
- Exceptional clienteling skills tailored to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clientele.
- Ability to handle complex, long sales cycles with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams.
- Highly organised & detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple functions and stakeholders.
