JOB PURPOSE
As Prada In-Store Training Manager, your role is to:
- Support the Store Manager in unlocking the full potential of the store, achieving both business targets and qualitative objectives.
- Communicate and promote Prada’s Brand philosophy and Values to clients.
- Guide customers into the world of Prada, embodying the role of Prada’s primary Ambassador in-store.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture grounded in Empathy, Warmth, Passion, and Proactivity, reflecting Prada’s Client Experience vision.
- Report directly to the store and require regular on-site presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Development
- Plan and cascade training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
- Foster a culture of Shadowing—observation, feedback, and coaching—across all store levels.
- Support Store Leadership in team development and driving performance of Client Advisors.
- Ensure effective Client Journey implementation, focusing on areas such as:
- Conversion
- Clienteling
- Leathergoods Mindset
- Zoning
- Identify IVQ Business training needs and create tailored training action plans for Store and Client Advisor levels.
- Utilise in-store training tools, including:
- Training sessions
- Coaching sessions
- Daily Briefings
- Best-practice sharing

Collaboration & Accountability
- Collaborate with retail functions (e.g., Merchandising, CRM, Events) to design and manage training activities.
- Conduct team gap analyses to identify skill or performance issues and develop individual coaching plans.
- Provide ongoing feedback on team member progress, performance, and training levels.
Brand & Client Engagement
- Support Store Leadership to ensure training focuses on Brand Philosophy, Client Journey, and Product knowledge.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop-floor presence.
- Monitor training quality, impact, and content retention.
- Encourage a self-learning culture, with a focus on Retail Training Digital Tools (Training App).
Leadership & Ambassador Role
- Lead a coaching culture prioritising Client Advisors based on individual needs, emphasising:
- Selling skills
- Client Experience
- Clienteling
- Styling
- Brand ambassadorship
- High-end product knowledge
- Work with Store Leadership to ensure seamless one-to-one Shadowing (Observation/Feedback/Coaching) process.
- Provide regular check-ins with trainees to track progress and offer continuous feedback.
- Manage new-hire onboarding, facilitating induction and collaborating with Headquarters (HQ).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
This role demands:
- Strong training expertise and people management skills, ensuring team development and performance at all levels.
- Keen knowledge of KPIs, particularly those related to:
- CRM performance
- Client engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
