Prada Group Luxury Retail Analyst

Job Purpose
The Luxury Retail Analyst supports the Retail Merchandising Manager in maximising sales performance through effective analysis, reporting and support across buying and allocation activities.
Responsibilities
- Analyses daily sales trends for the assigned product category by item and store, preparing regular reports
- Conducts ad hoc analyses as directed by the Retail Merchandising Manager
- Supports the Retail Merchandising Manager in preparing buying activities, including analysis and necessary documentation
- Assists in preparing orders for individual markets
- Liaises with the Retail Customer Service department to ensure accurate product replenishment and store allocation, based on guidance from the Retail Merchandising Manager
- Communicates updates on relevant market developments, including local events, to the Retail Merchandising Manager

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Good understanding of retail merchandising, including buying processes and stock management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Commercial awareness and interest in luxury fashion retail
