Job Purpose
As a Prada Client Advisor, your role is to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the customer above all else. You will:
- Discover and fulfill customers’ needs and expectations while acting as a Prada Brand Ambassador.
- Promote and embody the Brand philosophy and values to guide customers into engaging with Prada
- Meet individual and team sales targets, offering proactive, top-tier service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
You will be the first and last point of contact for a premium client experience—blending expertise with passion to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Service
- Place the customer at the centre, creating a welcoming environment aligned with the "client journey ceremony"—exceeding expectations through exemplary service.
- Ensure a flawlessly executed customer journey by delivering a luxury experience shaped around three pillars: Balanced Choice, Respective Flow, and Ceremonial Nutrition.

Sales & Excellence
- Proactively exceed individual sales targets and maximize performance to drive overall store success.
- Consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring luxury-focussed sales and customer service excellence.
Brand & Product Knowledge
- Possess deep expertise in products, Prada history, culture, and core Brand DNA—elevating advisory with cultural insight.
- Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and competitors, enabling meaningful collaborations with customers.
CRM & Relationship Management
- Capture accurate customer data into the Company CRM to build, nurture, and personalize customer relationships—opening new engagement opportunities.
- Manage customer complaints professionally, liaising with line managers and Client Service teams as needed.
Omni-Channel Excellence
- Foster an Omni-Channel mindset—aligning in-store and digital experiences flawlessly.
- Utilize digital tools actively to be a true luxury experience architect.
Appointments & Virtual Engagement
- Host and conduct customer appointments, either in presence or through virtual/digital channels.
- Leverage technology for seamless luxury interactions.

Operational & Team Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Back of House to support daily store operations and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Adhere to store procedures—including inventory, logistics, security, and cash activity—ensuring compliance with Head Office requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong team player mentality, fostering open communication, constructive feedback, and a positive inclusive culture.
Knowledge & Skills
Experience & Background
- Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand is preferred.
- Advanced understanding of luxury customer service practices.
- Proven ability building long-term client relationships.
Personality & Soft Skills
- Desire to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—essential for engaging premium clientele.
- Strong sense of pride in representing the Prada brand.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- (Preferred languages – Italian.)
