Prada Stock Controller – Job Description

About the Role
As Prada Stock Controller, your role is essential to supporting the Stock Manager in warehouse management and service delivery to the store. Your responsibilities include safeguarding products, optimising workflows, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
Your Key Contributions:
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining Prada’s reputation for luxury and product care
- Act as a proactive team member, hitting individual and team targets while delivering exceptional service
Responsibilities
Core Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Ensure meticulous care and protection of prada products in alignment with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily receipt, storage, and preparation of goods, optimizing timing and quality for sales floor availability.
- Handle shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering strictly to timelines and company protocols.

E-Commerce & Specialised Product Flows
- Process e-commerce orders (Prada.com and e-tailers), guaranteeing on-time delivery and compliance with service levels.
- Manage damaged/non-sellable products (including On Hold, Consignment, and repair-stock workflows).
- Organise the physical and IT documentation for packaging, stationery, display objects, and uniform/gift flows.
Security, Documentation & Compliance
- Enforce product security protocols, particularly during theft investigations (including documentation and communication with HQ).
- Monitor and resolve system errors/coding anomalies efficiently.
- Track products and related documentation in IT systems, ensuring accurate records.
Support Functions
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories across store, packaging, accessories, and engineering materials, aligning with group deadlines.
- Support sales teams and Visual Merchandising, ensuring displays and setups meet standards.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors/providers to streamline supply processes.
- Organise monthly archive updates and ensure adherence to KPIs, guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service and expectations.
- Ability to build and nurture rapport with high-value clients.
Soft Skills
- Thrives in collaborative and independent settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
