Content/ PR Marketing Manager
We are searching for a Content/ PR Marketing Manager for our Training Academy to develop high-impact content and support in driving our marketing message worldwide and develop their own team over time. Ideally you will already have a broad understanding of digital marketing to Customers & Channel Partners.
We are a national training provider specialising in the residential childcare and adult care sector. In this role you will ‘coach’ a caseload of apprentices / learners on their apprenticeship / qualifications against their learning plan and deliver excellent teaching / training to support in the achievement of their end point assessment. In addition, you will take ‘ownership’ of the programme to input into the continuous improvement of the learning experience and curriculum.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist in creation and development of high impact materials that communicate the value and advantages of our products globally including, web site content, datasheets, whitepapers, infographics, presentations and videos.
- Responsible for driving inbound marketing through content creation for social media marketing, SEO, Video, blogs, and email.
- Support field marketing with demand gen marketing programs to build product awareness and engagement with partners, customers and prospects occasionally.
- Responsible for digital Marketing, including Campaigns creation and management as needed.
- Responsible for creation / implementation of approved annual digital / marketing plan and budget i.e. some of below may be able to weaved into JD.
- Developing and executing the organisation’s annual digital marketing plan, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display/Re-targeting.
- Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy.
- Creating and supporting animation teams in the creation of engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation’s online brand.
- Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisation’s website, including SEO and PPC.
- Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the organisation.
- Moderating all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
- Managing the digital marketing budget, including allocating budgets across different channels and platforms.
- Producing regular digital dashboards for the SMT, reporting progress against set KPIs.
- Working closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated across platforms i.e. LMS /.
- Measure results of content activity to inform future campaign messaging.
- Manage content distribution and access in a way that serves all stakeholders.
- Manage timeline for various content pieces to ensure deliverables meet their deadlines.
- Externally, you will be working closely with key journalists, bloggers, and other media influencers, and will be required to forge and nurture relationships in order to help us achieve our campaign goals. This is primarily a back-office function, with minimal client contact.

Required Skills And Experience

- Experience owning content marketing production, writing high-impact marketing content at speed.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices for optimization of content and all social media platforms.
- Ability to produce graphic elements to support marketing material. From 2-d imagery to videos.
- Have a good knowledge of using the Adobe suite of tools or similar, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign.
- A good working knowledge of PowerPoint would be advantageous.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Proven track record of excellent time management and ability to meet various deadlines.
- Ability to analyse and present content performance.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from a digital marketing agency.
- Existing contacts with journalists.
- Demonstrable examples of top tier PR coverage and links you have achieved.
Skills
