About the Role
This fast-growing organisation is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Construction Coordinator to provide organised and reliable support across their pre-construction function. The role includes responsibilities such as qualifying incoming quotations, estimating support, document control, and opportunity tracking/chasing.
The Pre-Construction Coordinator will ensure a smooth handover from sales / bids to design and operations by managing the pre-construction process effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portals and track new tender opportunities
- Qualify tender documents and liaise with clients for missing information where required
- Coordinate communication between departments
- CRM project creation and management
- Maintain and track project progress throughout the tender process
- Complete bid application documents from an administrative perspective
- Maintain tender folders, trackers, templates, and submission records
- Provide administrative support to the Bid and Estimating teams
- Assist Estimators with enquiries, document issuance, and information tracking
- Manage diaries, meetings, reminders, and key submission deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Good technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling documents, forms, and online portals
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
