Pre-Construction Design Manager – Industrial & Logistics Sector
Location: London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Design Manager to join a highly successful and growing construction business, supporting the continued expansion of their Industrial and Logistics division.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the pre-construction phase, managing design processes, supporting tenders, coordinating technical solutions, and working closely with:
- Internal teams
- Consultants
- Subcontractors
- Clients

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience within industrial and logistics construction
- A proven background delivering industrial sheds / warehouse projects
- Experience across:
- Groundworks
- Civils
- Steel frame structures
- Cladding systems
- A strong understanding of:
- Buildability
- Design coordination
- Construction methodologies
- Experience managing design information through the pre-construction process
- The ability to work collaboratively with:
- Commercial teams
- Operational teams
- Technical teams
