Job Description
Permanent - Full Time (37.5hrs per week) - 5 Days onsite
We are looking for a Pre-Owned Buyer Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique in London. You will work as part of a close-knit team to assess watches submitted through our Virtual Boutique “Sell Your Watch” service, creating initial offers and delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience.
You will lead your own client consultations, convert offers through to completed intake, and promote part-exchange opportunities where appropriate. You will also support Virtual Boutique colleagues by providing offers, managing the online self-service form, and undertaking product consultations in line with service demand.
About You
- Knowledge of Swiss watches and brands
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with pre-owned Swiss watches.
- Self-motivated, positive, and proactive
- Knowledge of the current pre-owned watch market
- Target orientated and able to deliver outstanding results as part of a team.
- IT literate (including proficiency in Microsoft Office) and comfortable picking up new systems.
