Pre-Owned Regional Development Manager - South England

As the Pre-Owned Regional Development Manager - South England, you'll work closely with Porsche Centres across your region to maximise Pre-Owned sales performance, strengthen dealer capability, and drive sustainable growth.

By analysing performance data, coaching retailer teams, optimising inventory strategies, and implementing targeted improvement plans, you'll play a key role in enhancing profitability, improving customer experience, and ensuring every Centre consistently delivers the high standards expected of the Porsche Approved Pre-Owned programme.

Your commercial insight and ability to build trusted relationships will directly influence regional success and contribute to the continued growth of the Porsche network.

Please note this position is a full-time, permanent contract through our sole supplier; Dekra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Sales Leadership: Deliver Pre-Owned sales performance across the region. Analyse performance, trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve volume and profit goals.
  • Drive the Porsche Pre-Owned Strategy: Monitor Centre performance against strategic expectations, identify shortfalls, and partner with Centres to create and implement targeted plans that close gaps and deliver sustainable improvement.
  • Dealer Network Development: Support and coach dealers to improve appraisal accuracy, stock turn, pricing discipline, and retail readiness.
  • Inventory Strategy: Oversee stock mix, ageing, sourcing channels, and allocation to ensure optimal availability and margin performance. Encourage engagement with all inventory sources, including PCGB vehicles and VWFS end of contract vehicles.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular business reviews, assess KPIs, and implement tailored improvement plans for underperforming businesses.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with brand standards, certification processes, reconditioning guidelines, and customer experience expectations.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver training and coaching where needed on Pre-Owned topics such as pricing strategy and stock management best practices.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and group organisations to align regional execution with national objectives.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
