Roles And Responsibilities
The individual will take on the responsibility of actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with both direct and channel customers. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, they must effectively articulate the company's technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.

- Possess a deep understanding of the video surveillance industry, video analytics, including camera types, resolutions, and deployment scenarios.
- Proficient in computer vision technologies, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
- Knowledgeable in server sizing and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance of video analytics systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, streaming protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs, RTSP, only to facilitate discussions, not mandatory.
- Skilled in software solution designing, able to architect tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and customize technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the capabilities and benefits of our video analytics solutions.
- Familiarity in working on RFP, responding to technical queries, scope/solution documentation, compliance documentation, etc. will be highly preferred.
- Assist in creating compelling proposals, technical documentation, presentations, and statements of work.
Training And Enablement
- Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams, partners, and clients to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies.
- Develop educational materials such as user guides and technical documentation to support effective onboarding and ongoing usage.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT or a related quantitative field. Master's in Technology or an MBA from a reputable institute in Marketing or sales.
- 3+ years of experience working in a pre-sales role will be preferred.
- Experience in the video analytics or video surveillance industry may be preferred.
- Proven experience in business or requirements analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and/or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
