We're looking for a Client Technology Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge, client-facing technology solutions across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, client experience, and commercial delivery—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology offering—from Wi-Fi and networks to AV and smart meeting spaces—is seamless, scalable, and built around the needs of our clients.
The Role
You'll lead the delivery of client technology solutions across our estate—from connectivity and Wi-Fi to AV and telephony—ensuring every solution is reliable, scalable, and elevates the member experience.
You'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial teams, shaping solutions, supporting sales, and leading delivery to the highest standards.
This role is based on site 5 days.
What You'll Be Doing
Technology Delivery & Innovation
- Lead the rollout of client-facing technology solutions (Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, AV, telephony, connectivity)
- Partner with Technical Leads to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and supportable
- Stay ahead of trends (AI, hybrid working, smart offices) and evolve our technology offering

Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team (2 Consultants + Project Manager)
- Drive a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Client & Commercial Engagement
- Act as a key bridge between Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
- Support client conversations, proposals, and technical scoping/pricing
- Translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions
Project & Programme Delivery
- Lead delivery of technology projects (AV upgrades, network enhancements, bespoke solutions)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery meets SLA/KPI commitments
- Drive performance, cost efficiency, and service improvements
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high-performance, reliable services across all sites
- Use data, feedback, and insights to continuously improve service delivery
- Ensure all solutions are well documented and support-ready
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape the technology experience across a growing, design-led portfolio—playing a key role in how our clients connect, collaborate, and thrive.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering client-facing technology in a multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Networking & Wi-Fi (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Ruckus)
- AV (Teams / Zoom Rooms, Logitech, Yealink)
- Connectivity & telephony
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, or Customer teams
- Track record delivering projects across internal teams and suppliers
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team

- Strong planning, coordination, and delivery leadership
- Confident balancing technical and commercial priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management—able to translate tech for non-technical audiences
- Commercial awareness, including costing, pricing, and value assessment
- Calm, structured, and solutions-focused under pressure
Qualifications (desirable)
- Cisco / Meraki / Ruckus certifications
- ITIL, PRINCE2, or similar
