Purpose
You will be responsible for the technical aspects of a Software Sale from initial technical & functional qualification engagements through to the creation of Scope of Works documentation. You will become a Subject Matter Expert for selected Causeway software solutions, understanding the industries and personas they serve and the benefits they deliver to them. You will also command a firm understanding of where and how these solutions fit within our wider suite of solutions and evangelize about the transformational innovation Causeway is bringing to the construction, supply chain, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a functional expert for the Causeway Software products. Commanding a comprehensive understanding of the software, related target markets, technological trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position the software, evidencing the business advantage and value available to the prospect. Identify and document value to a prospect or customer organisation. Creating and delivering compelling presentations and software demonstrations for a range of stakeholders within a prospect or customer organisation that clearly illustrate how our solutions can address their pain points and create measurable value. Writing competitive business system functional responses. Carrying out technical & functional qualification, running discovery sessions, creating process maps, compiling Scopes of Works. Designs and delivers webinars that highlight our deep understanding of the challenges facing the industries we serve and the value we can deliver to address those challenges and leverage new opportunities. Strong ability to engage with prospects and customers in a consultative manner, actively listening to their concerns, objectives, and feedback, and using this engagement to optimise proposed solutions. Creating and maintaining a range of enablement resources to support the wider Revenue function in achieving its goals. Engages on Strategy with the wider revenue team (Sales, Accounts, Marketing) on best approaches to win business in new and existing markets. Collaborates with product teams as required to support the identification of new development opportunities that could bring benefits to the business and the markets we serve. Assesses functional requirements in new market verticals to identify new potential areas of growth for the business. Identify new and innovative technologies, approaches, and techniques to enhance the way we market and present our solutions to prospects and customers.

Key Skills, Experience And Qualifications
2+ Years of Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering experience. We are equally interested in applicants with similar levels of experience from supporting industry functions (e.g., Supply Chain management, Site based digital activity, HSE; Skills & Competency management). The applicant will have a level of technical skill and experience in creating and interacting with digital content.
