Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer - Thermal & Flow Simulation to join our European team. In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their engineering workflows, identify challenges, and propose solution methodologies and best practices that help them achieve their objectives.
You will support customers across a range of industries, including aerospace, energy, automotive, and marine. Working closely with our sales and services teams, you will help drive the growth of our software and engineering services business.

What To Expect As The Main Responsibilities
- Support Thermal & Flow pre-sales engagements with customers and prospects
- Support customers with Thermal & Flow related questions and challenges.
- Troubleshoot customer models and recommend best practices, modelling approaches, and workflow guidelines.
- Deliver software training to customers.
- Maintain a broad and up-to-date understanding of MAYA HTT’s product portfolio and solutions.
- Present at trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer-facing events.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience with STAR-CCM+ or similar CFD software tools.
- A Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and French.
- Broad-based knowledge of the methods and practices in CFD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel, up to 20%.
Nice To Have
- Experience with the Simcenter 3D TMG solver.
- Experience with tools such as FloEFD, Amesim, NX, Simcenter 3D, HyperMesh, or similar.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI applications in engineering.
