We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled pre-sales engineer to join our growing team. The engineer will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and tailored solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our data recovery products and services. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while addressing technical challenges and showcasing the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements, understand their business objectives, and provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of [Company Name] products, services, and industry-specific solutions to effectively address customer pain points.
- Act as a technical liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless transitions throughout the sales process.
- Create and deliver compelling technical proposals, proof-of-concepts, and ROI analyses to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections.

- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent [Company Name] and enhance brand visibility.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of [industry-specific] solutions, technologies, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
