PIB Insurance Brokers
PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker looking for someone to start their career in financial services and/or sales, who brings a high level of energy and confidence to contact clients and arrange for insurance quotations to be discussed with a member of our sales team.
No insurance experience is required; ideally, you will have some office or administrative experience, but this is not essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting warm leads to introduce the business and arrange insurance quotations with a member of the sales team.
- Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear, concise messaging.
- Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in Acturis and Excel; uphold CRM/data hygiene.
