Pre-Sales Solutions Lead (AI Solutions – Insurance)

📍 London, UK | Hybrid - £40 - £50k

Are you an insurance professional with experience in insurance platforms, business analysis, solution consulting, or pre-sales? Looking to move into a customer-facing role at the forefront of AI innovation within the insurance market?

We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Lead to help shape and deliver AI-driven solutions for clients across the London and P&C insurance market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 4+ years' experience who understands insurance operations, platforms, or transformation programmes and wants to transition into a more commercial, consultative pre-sales role.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with business development teams and clients to understand business challenges, design AI-enabled solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase real business value. Acting as the bridge between commercial and technical teams, you'll help translate insurance problems into innovative technology solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
