Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer
Fully Remote (UK) | Cloud | Networking | Infrastructure
Join a growing EdTech business that's transforming the way technology is delivered across the education sector. As the company continues to expand, they're looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to become the technical bridge between sales and delivery, helping customers successfully adopt and implement their platform.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while working closely with customers. You'll combine your cloud and infrastructure knowledge with strong communication skills to scope projects, produce Statements of Work, and ensure customer onboardings are delivered successfully.

What you'll be doing
- Gather customer requirements and scope technical solutions.
- Produce Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and support teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and project delivery.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during the implementation process.

You don't need experience across every technology. The business is looking for someone with broad cloud and infrastructure knowledge, a consultative approach, and the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
