About the role
We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and commercially minded Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer to help bridge Sales and Delivery by helping prospects understand the value of our solution and envision a better way of working. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, PropTech, real estate property management, enterprise SaaS solutioning, or a related field, who enjoys translating business challenges into clear solution value and trusted advisory conversations.
You will play a critical role across the sales cycle: leading discovery, shaping solution narratives, delivering compelling demonstrations, supporting proposals, and helping customers understand how YAVICA can support their business goals. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure opportunities are positioned effectively, solutions are feasible and scalable, and customer insights are fed back into our product and go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, define value drivers, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and requirement assessments to understand customer processes, pain points, and goals.
- Map customer needs to YAVICA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, translating requirements into clear solution narratives.
- Deliver high-level platform introductions as well as tailored product demonstrations that reflect the prospect’s business scenarios.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution descriptions, implementation assumptions, and bid documentation.
- Act as a trusted solution advisor during the sales cycle, building confidence with decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to validate feasibility, scalability, and alignment with the product roadmap.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear solution narratives.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the customer organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
