The Role
As a Site Installer, you will play a key role in the installation of precast concrete components on construction sites across England. You will work as part of an experienced site team to ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install precast concrete products according to site drawings and specifications
- Work closely with site supervisors, crane operators, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site at all times
- Operate lifting and installation equipment safely and competently
- Ensure quality control checks are carried out and documented
- Travel to various project sites across England as required

About You
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in delivering excellent work.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction or precast concrete installation
- CSCS card (required)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Desirable (not Essential)
- CPCS or NPORS qualifications (e.g. Slinger/Signaller, Crane Supervisor)
- Experience working with precast concrete systems
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification
