Precision Medicine Data Lead (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your expertise in genomics and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands and advances personalized medicine for millions of patients? We’re looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide how complex healthcare and genomic data is integrated, governed, and transformed into insights that power cutting-edge AI models and precision treatment strategies.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced data professionals in life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare analytics who want to work at the frontier of AI development.

What You’ll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences domains for accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific integrity
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure:
- Data quality
- Regulatory alignment
- Clear communication of results to diverse stakeholders
- Apply data governance best practices to maintain compliance and rigor across highly sensitive healthcare datasets
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are
Experienced working with:
- Large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Data integration and data governance, with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for scientific and clinical audiences
Comfortable working:
- Cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Independently without close supervision, while remaining detail-oriented and rigorous in scientific and analytical quality

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), genomic databases, or biomarker platforms
- Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical data science
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows or large language model (LLM) training pipelines
