About The Role

What if your expertise in genomics and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands and advances personalized medicine? We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide the integration of complex healthcare datasets into meaningful insights — helping train the next generation of AI models that will influence clinical decision-making and medical research at scale.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced professionals in healthcare data, genomics, or life sciences who want to apply their expertise at the frontier of AI development.

Organization: Alignerr

What You'll Do

  • Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
  • Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
  • Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help shape how AI models reason about healthcare data — contributing to systems that could influence the future of personalized treatment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
