Precision Medicine Data Lead (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your expertise in genomics and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands and advances personalized medicine — at a global scale?
We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help build and guide the data foundations that power next-generation AI models in healthcare. You'll bring together complex genomic, clinical, and biomarker datasets and transform them into structured, high-quality insights that teach AI how to reason about precision medicine.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights for research, clinical decision support, and precision medicine applications
- Evaluate and improve how AI models handle healthcare and genomic data — ensuring outputs are accurate, clinically meaningful, and scientifically sound
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory alignment
- Translate complex data findings into clear, structured outputs for scientific and clinical stakeholders
- Apply your domain expertise to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities in AI-generated healthcare content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
