About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Premier Relationship Manager.

Our Wealth and Premier teams support customers across every stage of their financial journey – from protecting what matters today, to building and preserving wealth for the future. Together, we help our high-net-worth clients achieve their ambitions through trusted relationships and tailored financial solutions.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of connected High Net Worth Premier clients with a net worth of up to £750k. You’ll build deep, trusted relationships, help clients navigate complex financial needs, and work closely with Wealth specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for,

  • Delivering a personalised wealth and relationship management service to high-net-worth clients
  • Building long-term relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of client goals
  • Use data and insight to identify needs and recommend tailored banking and wealth solutions
  • Proactively grow your portfolio through strong client acquisition and retention activity
  • Representing HSBC across community, industry, and networking events to build brand presence
  • Collaborating closely with Wealth Managers and internal partners for seamless client outcomes
  • Maintaining high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Use digital tools to plan, track, and deliver timely and structured client engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need,

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement, building trusted relationships and networks is essential
  • Commercially driven, growing portfolio value and identifying new opportunities
  • Prioritises workloads effectively, planning delivery and making sound decisions at pace
  • Collaborative and influential, aligning internal teams to deliver joined-up client outcomes
  • Insight-led, using data to understand needs and shape clear recommendations
  • Risk-aware and digitally fluent, with strong judgement and a proactive learning mindset
