Learning without Limits Academy Trust - Premises Officer - Based at Babington Academy

You’ll bring proven experience in estates, facilities or site teams, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a proactive, practical approach. You’ll also demonstrate leadership, reliability and excellent problem-solving skills.

Working Hours - 37 hours per week on a rotating shift basis of 6am - 2pm, 9am to 5pm, 11am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.

As a key member of our Estates team, you will:

  • Carry out and oversee maintenance and repairs across school buildings and grounds.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, COSHH and emergency procedures.
  • Manage site security, including opening/closing, alarms and callouts.
  • Manage contractors on site.
  • Support minor projects, refurbishments and improvement works.
  • Respond promptly to issues and maintain high standards across all academies.
