About This Role

This Premium Client Account Manager role, reporting to the Head of Premium Sales, focuses on managing annual premium clients, ensuring delivered benefits surpass expectations. As the primary client contact, you’ll address ticketing, hospitality requests, and concierge-level service, while championing client retention, renewals, and long-term relationships.

Your key objective aligns with the venue’s mission: putting guests at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise revenue opportunities, client satisfaction, and premium guest experiences
  • Manage a premium client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact to drive renewals, retention targets, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business
  • Support the premium package strategy, including co-ordination of client events and service delivery improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, record-keeping, and client touchpoints

Ideal Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone who excels in:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to nurture client relationships
  • Proven experience in customer-facing/customer relations roles, prioritising exceptional guest service and conflict resolution
  • A reputation for attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver excellence under pressure
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), plus experience with event/ticketing systems (additional advantage)
