Job Title: Premium Sales Executive
Job Grade: Level 1
Reports to: Premium Services Manager
Location: Vantage Department - Commercial Sub-department: Premium Services
Salary: £30,000 plus Commission
The Club

Job Overview
Brentford FC has an exciting opportunity for a Premium Sales Executive. This role is responsible for generating new business by selling the full Premium Hospitality portfolio across both matchday and non-matchday events. It also focuses on driving additional revenue through proactive cross-selling and upselling to existing Premium Seat Holders.
Responsibilities
- Promoting hospitality products to business and consumers.
- Cross selling across the Premium portfolio
- Meeting both sell though match by match & seasonal specific sales targets
- Maintaining required sales pace
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maintain up-to-date sales materials and website content, including weekly meetings to align on new and ongoing campaigns.
- Managing campaign activity with the Marketing team
- Maximising revenue by utilising the BFC database and managing the sales process via Salesforce.
- Making sure individual and team KPI’s are hit.
- Logging all sales activity within the Salesforce/Ticketmaster system and managing this to the agreed standard.
- Being aware of market intelligence and competitor activity
- Effectively research LinkedIn for sales leads-particularly through Sales Navigator
Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience in managing and building a sales pipeline
- Experience in client retention through established strong existing relationships

Decision Making
- Following processes and procedures set by line manager and escalating when necessary.
- Identify new areas of growth and maximising potential around new accounts
- Implement new initiatives to drive new business.
Innovation
- Support in the development of the sales pipeline on CRM systems
- Working with Marketing to create effective campaigns
