Job Title: Premium Sales Executive

Job Grade: Level 1

Reports to: Premium Services Manager

Location: Vantage Department - Commercial Sub-department: Premium Services

Salary: £30,000 plus Commission

Job Overview

Brentford FC has an exciting opportunity for a Premium Sales Executive. This role is responsible for generating new business by selling the full Premium Hospitality portfolio across both matchday and non-matchday events. It also focuses on driving additional revenue through proactive cross-selling and upselling to existing Premium Seat Holders.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting hospitality products to business and consumers.
  • Cross selling across the Premium portfolio
  • Meeting both sell though match by match & seasonal specific sales targets
  • Maintaining required sales pace
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maintain up-to-date sales materials and website content, including weekly meetings to align on new and ongoing campaigns.
  • Managing campaign activity with the Marketing team
  • Maximising revenue by utilising the BFC database and managing the sales process via Salesforce.
  • Making sure individual and team KPI’s are hit.
  • Logging all sales activity within the Salesforce/Ticketmaster system and managing this to the agreed standard.
  • Being aware of market intelligence and competitor activity
  • Effectively research LinkedIn for sales leads-particularly through Sales Navigator

Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and building a sales pipeline
  • Experience in client retention through established strong existing relationships

Decision Making

  • Following processes and procedures set by line manager and escalating when necessary.
  • Identify new areas of growth and maximising potential around new accounts
  • Implement new initiatives to drive new business.

Innovation

  • Support in the development of the sales pipeline on CRM systems
  • Working with Marketing to create effective campaigns

  • To comply with all Club policies, including health and safety, data regulations and other legal, ethical and social requirements
  • To build and maintain good working relationships while maintaining a professional image
  • To keep confidential any information gained regarding the Club and its personnel
