The Venue
Olympia is one of London's leading live event venues, welcoming millions of visitors every year to internationally recognised exhibitions, conferences, entertainment and cultural events.
As part of Legends Global, you'll join a professional hospitality team delivering premium experiences across restaurants, hospitality suites, VIP lounges, bars and exclusive event spaces.
Every event is different, providing exciting opportunities to work within one of London's most dynamic hospitality environments.
The Role
As a Premium Service Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service throughout our premium hospitality operations.
Working within VIP lounges, hospitality suites, premium dining areas and private events, you'll ensure every guest receives professional, attentive and personalised service from arrival through to departure.
You'll work closely with kitchen, bar and operational teams to maintain exceptional presentation standards while creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced events environment.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service within premium hospitality environments.
- Provide a warm, professional and personalised experience for guests throughout their visit.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens and service standards.
- Ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standards before, during and after service.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
- Respond to guest requests confidently and professionally.
- Follow all food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
- Represent Legends and Olympia with professionalism at every event.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in premium hospitality, food and beverage service, luxury hotels, fine dining, VIP events or similar environments.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and major live events.
- Previous experience within premium food and beverage service is highly desirable.
Please note this is a casual role and shifts will vary depending on our live events programme.
