If so, AEG Presents is looking for a Premium Ticketing Coordinator to join the International Touring team. This is an opportunity to support the delivery of live events, working closely with colleagues, venues and partners to create brilliant customer experiences.
Important: You will need to be able to speak and write proficiently in one or more of the following languages:
- French
- German
- Spanish
What You'll Be Doing
Ticketing & pricing
- Support ticket inventory, pricing and on-sale set up
- Maintain dynamic pricing initiatives, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Commercial performance
- Monitor ticket sales and highlight opportunities to improve revenue
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone, supporting a positive experience
Premium Experiences
- Manage Premium Ticketing Initiatives: Assist with the design and development of VIP packages, and maintain dynamic pricing initiatives such as Ticketmaster Platinum and AXS Premium offerings.
Collaboration & coordination
- Work with venues, agencies, management and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Contribute to marketing materials and act as a key contact across stakeholders

Data & administration
- Investigate discrepancies, carry out pricing analysis and support reporting
- Maintain event files and client databases, ensuring information is accurate and accessible
What we're looking for
Background
- Background in ticketing within the music or events industry
- Exposure to VIP packages and dynamic pricing tools (e.g. Ticketmaster Platinum, AXS Premium or similar)
Commercial awareness
- Understanding of supply and demand pricing and how data supports decision-making
- Able to use insights to support sales performance
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working across systems and datasets
Ways of working
- Able to manage changing priorities and work to deadlines
- Organised, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Works collaboratively and communicates clearly with others

Where: You'll be based at our head offices in Blackfriars. We work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.
