Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage freshly made prepped recipes daily
  • Ensure compliance with food preparation specifications and food handling protocols
  • Maintain high-quality dish standards while managing speed and efficiency
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation
  • Assist in all areas of the kitchen as needed

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant (asset but not essential)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Energetic, positive, and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food handling procedures
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
