Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage freshly made prepped recipes daily
- Ensure compliance with food preparation specifications and food handling protocols
- Maintain high-quality dish standards while managing speed and efficiency
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation
- Assist in all areas of the kitchen as needed
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant (asset but not essential)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
