Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage freshly made prep recipes daily
- Ensure company food preparation specifications and food handling protocols are met
- Maintain consistent food quality while maintaining production speed
- Keep workstations clean and organised
- Assist across all kitchen operations as needed
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant (an asset but not mandatory)
- An impeccable attention to detail in food preparation
- Energetic, positive, and business-driven attitudes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and pressure situations
