We’re looking for a Presales Solutions Consultant to join our fabulous Sales and Solutions team. This is our first dedicated Presales hire so there is lots of scope to make an instant impact. You will work closely with account managers, technical architects, and delivery teams to design solutions that are not only technically robust but also commercially viable and aligned with customer business objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical sales narrative — challenging customer thinking, building conviction, and articulating why our approach wins. Design tailored IT solutions using the company’s full portfolio of services. Deliver impactful technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-value, supporting bids, RFPs and tenders with commercially aligned proposals. Collaborate with sales, architecture and delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, profitable and aligned with business strategy. Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, capturing lessons learned, and staying current with emerging technologies and partner offerings.

What You'll Need

Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or technical account management role within an MSP or IT services provider. Broad understanding of managed IT services, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity solutions and transformation. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Experience creating and delivering professional proposals and solution documentation. Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
